Our Goals
We believe every soccer player deserves the right to progress and improve in the game, regardless of their level. We want to ensure that players are enjoying their soccer experience…which will lead to a lifelong passion for the sport.
We have created a positive, player-centered learning environment to help our players reach their maximum potential. We strive to help our players become healthy athletes through honesty, discipline, courage, respect, focus, teamwork, and humility.
Our programs are essentially: additional help for our talented players to achieve high school success, college scholarships, and hopefully, professional and international soccer careers.
Strategic Objectives:
To create an enjoyable, educational environment for players, regardless of their level
To improve the game of soccer through collaboration and cooperation with coaches, clubs and soccer leaders
To help increase and improve Maui participation and performance in Hawai’i State competitions
To grow the game in Hawai’i and create positive experiences for all involved
To create an international reputation for players developed on Maui
To create a competitive environment, which will increase the level of each player over the course of a year
To leave a leadership legacy for future generations through mentorship of local youth coaches and soccer leaders
