Our Goals
We believe every soccer player deserves the right to progress and improve in the game, regardless of their level. We want to ensure that players are enjoying their soccer experience…which will hopefully lead to a life-long passion for the sport. Continued chances to play, train and fall in love with the game (at every stage) is crucial to the growth and development of a soccer player.
We work alongside Maui's existing coaches, clubs, and leaders to raise the level of soccer across the island. We help to build pathways for talented players toward high school success, college scholarships, and professional and international careers.
We create a positive, player-centered learning environment to help our players reach their maximum potential. We strive to help our players become healthy athletes through honesty, discipline, courage, respect, focus, teamwork, and humility.
We want to challenge players and simultaneously support them. Our age-specific approach will help players improve their:
Game understanding- Soccer IQ and decision making
Technical skills and fundamentals- and have it applied in game situations
A healthy, athletic lifestyle
Positive communication and cooperation

To help increase and improve Maui participation and performance in Hawai’i State competitions

To create an international reputation for players developed on Maui
To create a competitive environment, which will increase the level of each player over the course of a year
To leave a leadership legacy for future generations through mentorship of local youth coaches and soccer leaders
